INIA TEXAS GENE EXPRESSION DATABASE

The INIA Texas Gene Expression Database (IT-GED) contains the top statistical results from genomic studies focusing on models of excessive alcohol consumption. IT-GED provides support for comparing and integrating results across gene expression studies and for generating novel hypotheses. IT-GED is sponsored in part by the INIA-West Consortium.
